HEALTH CARE COVERAGE.

Achatz contributes toward the cost of health care for full time employees who have been with us for 90 days.

 

PAID TIME OFF.

We understand the importance of taking a break and offer paid time off to assist in your work-life balance. PTO is based on length of employment and is offered after 90 days.

401K RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN.

A tax deferred retirement savings plan is offered to employees after one year to help accumulate financial resources for retirement.

PROFIT SHARING.

Share in the profits of Achatz after around a year of employment and 1,000 hours worked (yes, even available to part-time employees!)

HOLIDAY BONUS.

Bonuses are paid after one year of employment and are based on years and hours worked.

ACHATZ BUCKS.
For every 40 hours worked, a $5 gift certificate will be issued to use at any Achatz store!

LIFE INSURANCE.

Full-time employees are offered a 15K life insurance policy paid entirely by the company.

EMPLOYEE ASSITANCE PROGRAM.
A confidential EAP is offered to help advise employees with difficult decisions and hardships. This is 100% company paid.
