Apple Dumpling

Every autumn, we make a limited batch of Apple Dumplings. Warm, golden, and filled with fall flavor, these are the treats people wait all year for.
 
Starting with fresh, local Cortland apples handpicked from nearby orchards.  Each apple is filled with butter, cinnamon, and sugar, wrapped in our flaky pastry crust, then glazed seven times for that perfect candied finish.
