How long have you worked here? 
I worked here the first time for about four years, left for four years,

then came back four years ago, so about a total of eight years.

​

Have you worked in other departments? 
I’ve worked in a lot of different departments! I started as a dishwasher,

my first job (I was 15). Then I moved up to the mixing department, then

I started working on the counter, while working in the specialty department

too. I’ve also helped in dough room, boxing, baking and I used to do a lot

of demos. I feel like I’ve done it all!

What do you like the best about working at AHPC? 
I like working here because I have a lot of freedom to show my creative side, and I love that my superiors listen to and value my opinion. All anybody wants in life is to be appreciated, and that’s what I get from working here.

Why would you recommend working for AHPC to someone?
I would highly recommend working for Achatz Pie Co. It’s easy to take pride in your work when you’re selling such an amazing product; all natural, Michigan made, handcrafted, delicious pies. There are also a lot of benefits, 401k, profit sharing, health insurance, free pie!!

What do you like to do for fun and what are your hobbies?
Hanging out with my hubby and pets, reading, scrap-booking, cooking/baking, camping and antiquing.
