FUNDRAISER AGREEMENT
Thank you for choosing Achatz Handmade Pie Co. to help you with your fundraising needs!
Please fill out all information requested below including your preferred delivery date, time, and location. We will call to confirm its availability.
There is a $500 minimum order for free delivery to most locations or you may pick up your order at our Armada location.
The kits must be distributed 2-3 hours after delivery and stacked in a cool area during distribution. It is the responsibility of the group to handle the kits properly.
Products cannot be returned after delivery!
Please call with your order 10 business days prior to the confirmed delivery date. Additions will be accepted within 24 hours after initial order is received.
Please allow at least a one-half hour window for delivery to take into account construction, traffic, etc.
At delivery, please count all items delivered to ensure accuracy. After verifying the correct quantities of each ordered item are on hand, please sign the invoice.
Payment is due at the time of delivery in the form of a cashier's check, money order, or organizational check. Only one check will be accepted. Please, no personal checks.
