have attended cooking demonstrations in San Francisco at many
fine establishments. The demonstration at the Troy store was better
than any that I've attended. I learned so many helpful tips from the chef.
He was both knowledgeable and entertaining! My sister and I were

talented people who love what they do. As an avid baker, I really
