Achatz Pie Company cares about what we put into our pies. Our ingredients have to stand up to our high standards for quality, purity and goodness.

Did you know...

• We only use Crooked Creek Dairy Farm milk for our cream pies. They do not inject their cows with rBGH (recombinant bovine growth hormone) which has been outlawed in Europe and Canada. rBGH has also been linked to cancer.
• Our cream pies are made from scratch using pure butter, pure vanilla and Crooked Creek's whole milk.
• We never use canned fruit for our pies, only fresh or frozen fresh fruit.
• We go to great lengths and use every opportunity to use locally grown produce.
• If you can't have sugar, we also have fruit juice sweetened pies available, just ask!
• We use Michigan grown, unbleached, natural flours.
• All of our pie crusts are made with our own special blend of trans-fat free shortening!
• You'll never find any margarine in our kitchen - just real butter.
